Our intrepid correspondent and Beth, photographer for Scenes from my Lunch Hour, attended the Skate Away the Hate event to benefit the Durham Rescue Mission outreach to battered women. Over a $1000 was raised for charity by the team of Toon and The Real Laww. DJ Shahzad weaved and spun some fly grooves. And Runaway Clothes had'em all looking tight.
