Pirates
Piracy is alive and well as the Clarion has been warning for some while now, and not just in the Straits of Malacca.
Somali pirates (wonder if they self-identify as Somali, esp. since they are reportedly based out of Puntland) released a German cargo ship and their hostages after being paid a ransom Tuesday. The ship was originally seized in the Gulf of Aden on May 28.

More piracy off of north eastern Somalia, according to the Associated Press, "A Philippine government official says a ship with 20 Filipino sailors has been hijacked. Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Estaban Conejos says the Japanese-owned vessel was seized by pirates on Sunday."

Don't ya know it, they're only Coast Guard. Being Muslims, they must be peaceful pirates at least. These Somali Buccaneer monkeys are out of control. They go out for weeks in little rickety boats with just weapons and water and eat raw fish they catch and keep hijacking bigger then bigger, then bigger boats.
These terrorist monkeys must be exterminated with extreme prejudice. Sending several drones into their camps when they're fat and happy celebrating their new money should do the trick.

The re-rise of pirates has to be one of the least anticipated consequences of globalism (though one of the Clarion Content's influences, Hardt & Negri, had an inkling back in 2000.)
