Say hello to the multi-polar world
Warren G. Harding and Calvin Coolidge must be resting a little easier now that their names have been removed from the very bottom of the list, that being the list of the worst Presidents of the United States ever.
The question becomes, as it is debated here by the BBC, does the Bush II Presidency signal the beginning of the end of United States hegemony or the end of United States hegemony? The Clarion believes it is the former.
